We deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales events, or due to weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer transparent and affordable shipping:

• Standard Shipping: Starting from Rs. 199

• Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,000

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS or email with tracking information.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery in most serviceable areas. Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive the order and make payment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID. You can track your package via:

• Courier tracking links

• SMS updates

• Customer support assistance

7. Undelivered or Delayed Orders

8. Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Please provide a complete and accurate address.

• Re-delivery charges may apply if the address is incorrect or if the package is refused upon arrival.

• Delivery is attempted twice before the parcel is returned to us.
